HOW TO DONATE
Let’s Have A Dance Party USA is a public charity that is exempt from Federal Income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions are deductible under section 170 of the IRC. Bequests, devices, transfers or gifts are likewise deductible under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the code.
Every dollar donated to Let’s Have a Dance Party USA is used to fund the cost of producing and staging our special events, as well as the cost of our dancers and other event related expenses such as travel and sustenance. All of the administrative costs for managing our non-profit corporation are borne by the creators of the program, Jack and Beth Bogush. Let’s Have a Dance Party executives and Directors do not receive compensation, nor do we use any donated funds on fund raising efforts. Your donations to Let’s Have a Dance Party USA buys one thing and one thing only; smiles on the faces of the military children and their parents. Given the circumstances, that is a dollar extremely well spent.
