BETH BOGUSH – EXECUTIVE PRODUCER AND DIRECTOR

Beth Bogush has over 30 years of extensive experience working with young children in a variety of educational, artistic and theatrical endeavors. Her experience as a choreographer in musical theatre, stage, television, and special events productions has enabled her to create an exciting and diverse format in the entertainment field.

Ms. Bogush is currently affiliated with Nickelodeon (Nick Jr.) and serves as a consultant and choreographer.Ms. Bogush’s choreography ranging from Hip-Hop to Big Band Swing can be seen in the animated series The Backyardigans, a musical adventure to help kids develop their imaginations and express themselves creatively through music and dance.  Other Nick Jr. Shows include:  Dora the Explorer and Go Diego Go.

Prior to joining Nickelodeon, Ms. Bogush served for six years as Director of the First Steps program and Co-Director of the Junior Division at the Ailey School in New York City.  Ms. Bogush created the curriculum which is currently taught in the Ailey School’s First Steps program. Her choreography/directing of the program were featured in the1999 October issue of Dance Magazine.


Ms. Bogush also serves as Executive Producer and Creative Director for Let’s Have a  Dance Party USA. “Let’s Have a Dance Party USA” is a non-profit organization with the mission of entertaining the children of deployed service members of the US ArmedForces through dance. The Live Stage Production of Let’s Have a Dance Party USA is touring the country visiting military bases across the nation with a program developed for some boogie-down fun aimed at children age’s three to six. A European tour is scheduled for 2008.

Other teaching and choreography credentials include: Boston Ballet School (The Nutcracker, Little Mermaid, Charlotte’s Web), New York University (guest lecturer), Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, Ballet Academy East, Charleston Ballet Company, Civic Light Opera (Babes In Arms), Macy’s (Herald Square Black History Month),  Spoleto Festival (Gala Performances)

Articles and reviews of Ms. Bogush’s work have appeared in the New York Times, The Hollywood Reporter, Parents Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, Nick Jr. Magazine, Dance Magazine, and Dance Teacher Magazine (Cover, October 2005).

JOHN BOGUSH – PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR
Mr. Bogush has over twenty-five years of consulting and line management experience working with senior executives developing enterprise wide consulting solutions that enhance shareholder value. Over the past fifteen years, he has developed a national reputation as an authority in the area of M&A business integration and divestitures. Mr. Bogush is an accomplished public speaker and is frequently sought out for his views and perspective on how to successfully integrate mergers and acquisitions. He has also played a major role in three, successful, consulting/business start-ups.

JEFFREY F. KOOB – TREASURER AND DIRECTOR
Major Jeffrey F. Koob, USA (retired) served nearly 25 years in the United States Army. His last assignment was Director of Budget and Finance at the NATO School in Oberammergau, Germany. Prior to his assignment at the NAT School, he served as Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff, Resource Management of V Corps, in Heidelberg, Germany where he was intimately involved with the fiscal, financial and policy implementation and execution for a budget in excess of $500 million. He currently serves as the Comptroller for Military Ministry, a division of Campus Crusade for Christ International.

ALEXANDRA CONWAY – SECRETARY AND DIRECTOR
Alex Conway is currently an Account Supervisor at the marketing public relations firm Hunter Public Relations in New York.  Before joining Hunter PR in June of 2007, Ms. Conway managed the New York office of ZING USA a boutique public relations firm where she specialized in beauty and travel.  Previous to her time at ZING USA, Ms. Conway had her own boutique public relations firm where she maintained primarily travel, fashion and accessories clients.  Ms. Conway graduated from Columbia College in the Spring of 2000. She is still actively involved in fundraising for Columbia and her high school, The Pingry School.

MAJOR GENERAL CHARLES J. WAX (US Air Force, Retired) - DIRECTOR
Maj. Gen. Charles J. Wax was the former Commander, Army and Air Force Exchange Service, with headquarters in Dallas, Texas. General Wax commanded a $7.5 billion retail, food and services business that operates approximately 12,000 facilities in 29 countries and 50 states. AAFES employs more than 52,000 associates, many of them military family members. The exchange service is a military organization that provides quality merchandise and services at uniformly low prices to active duty, National Guard, Reserve members, military retirees and their families. AAFES returns its earnings to the Army and Air Force to help fund qualify of life programs for military families.

TIMOTHY ROURKE - DIRECTOR
Timothy J Rourke, Esq. is currently employed by The Bureau of National Affairs in Washington , DC , a leading publisher of information for the legal profession.  He is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable James W. Meyer, Chief Judge, US Bankruptcy Court and Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, San Diego, CA.  He was an Associate at the legal firm of Lorber, Grady, Falk & Volk and also a correspondent and reporter for the San Diego Business Journal and the Newark Star Ledger.
